Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative/Site Setup Coordinator. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's administrative functions and site setup procedures. Your responsibilities will include organizing documents and emails, coordinating details for clinic and site setup across various locations, and efficiently managing incoming tickets for facility support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities:

  • Organize company documents and maintain an efficient email filing system.
  • Assist in coordinating the setup of clinics and sites across various locations.
  • Manage incoming tickets related to facility support and prioritize tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate site setup activities.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or management or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in administrative support, site coordination, or related roles is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
